Nieke Elbers and Victor van der Geest are the colleagues manning the ELS Helpdesk. If you have questions about (the use of) empirical methods, you can contact them. In 2021 seven researchers knocked on their door. Four of them had a personal consultation, and three were helped by e-mail to answer questions about software and literature.
